Zen Dough DIY!!

So today I was feeling in the mood for a very relaxed night after a stressful day of school.

So I made some fruit water,turned on the Lana Del Rey,but something was still missing.

I was still super stressed.So I decided to make some lavender zen dough to squeeze my frustrations out on.


1 cup of flour

2 tablespoons of any oil (vegetable or sunflower oil recommended)

1/2 of water

1 tablespoon of epsom salts with lavender oil 

2 tablespoons salt 

3 teaspoons lemon juice

(optional-food colour)

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan on low until solid

let cool

knead in coloring and glitter 

and relax!!
